Senior Account Manager APAC

As the Manager/ Senior Manager of Account Management – APAC, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic multinational clients across the APAC region and other global markets. Serving as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, you will ensure exceptional client experiences while driving client retention, renewals, commercial growth, and long-term partnerships. You will play a pivotal role in building strong client relationships and delivering value across GoGlobal's full suite of solutions, including Employer of Record (EOR), Business Corporate Services (BCS), payroll, accounting, tax, entity management, corporate compliance, and related advisory services. Working closely with our global network of experts and leveraging GoGlobal's technology-enabled solutions, you will help clients navigate the complexities of international expansion, regulatory compliance, and business operations across multiple jurisdictions. This is a highly client-facing and commercially focused role requiring strong relationship management skills, business acumen, and a consultative approach. In addition to managing complex client portfolios, you will proactively identify opportunities to expand GoGlobal's service offerings, support business development initiatives, and contribute to the continued growth of GoGlobal's South Korea inbound and outbound business. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of global workforce solutions, international business operations, payroll, accounting, tax, and corporate compliance requirements, enabling them to provide strategic guidance and practical solutions to multinational organizations throughout their growth journey. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of multinational clients across APAC and other global markets, supporting both Business Corporate Services (BCS) and Employer of Record (EOR) solutions.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and service excellence.
• Develop account plans aligned with clients' business objectives and identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and additional service adoption.
• Partner with Legal, HR, Payroll, Accounting, Tax, Finance, Compliance, Operations, and Customer Success teams to deliver effective solutions and exceptional client outcomes.
• Provide strategic guidance on international expansion, workforce solutions, entity management, payroll, accounting, tax, corporate compliance, and related business services.
• Lead regular business reviews and stakeholder meetings to discuss performance, business priorities, strategic initiatives, and future opportunities.
• Drive renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and scope expansion opportunities across GoGlobal's service portfolio.
• Monitor client risks, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution of operational and commercial issues.
• Maintain a strong understanding of global business trends, workforce solutions, employment practices, and regulatory developments across relevant markets.
• Support business development initiatives, strategic projects, and regional growth objectives as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

·       Professional qualifications such as CA (India), CPA, ACCA, CIMA, AICPA or equivalent internationally recognized accounting, finance, tax, or compliance certifications are strongly preferred. ·       Minimum +5 years of experience in account management, portfolio management, customer success, client services, business development, or a related role within EOR, BCS, payroll, accounting, tax, HR services, corporate services, or professional services. ·       Experience managing multinational client portfolios across multiple countries and jurisdictions. ·       Strong understanding of EOR, global employment solutions, payroll operations, accounting, tax, corporate compliance, and international business operations. ·       Demonstrated success in client retention, renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and commercial account growth. ·       Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. ·       Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and engage senior executives. ·       Proven ability to manage multiple complex client accounts while balancing competing priorities. ·       Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. ·       Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. ·       A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable mindset suited to a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment.
