In this Role, you’ll get to
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, onsite interview coordination, assessments, and recruitment activities.
- Prepare and send interview, onboarding, and relevant HR communications to candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare weekly recruitment updates, trackers, and reports.
- Supporting new employee orientation and coordinating onboarding requirements with Operations, Administration, IT, and other relevant teams.
- Coordinate internship Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs) and other required documents with interns, educational institutions, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain internship records and monitor the status of MOA approvals, signatures, and submission deadlines.
- Conduct and coordinate background checks, employment verification, and reference checks.
- Provide basic HR Business Partner support, including responding to general employee queries and coordinating HR-related requests.
What you'll Need to Succeed
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and equipped with a can-do attitude.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
