IQVIA seeks an Internal Auditor to assess quality of work completion and ensure compliance with specifications through daily audits. The role involves preparing quality reports, recommending process improvements, and supporting service delivery teams in a Taguig City location.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily audits and provide quality feedback to service delivery teams
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality assurance reports
- Ensure adherence to client standards and develop corrective action plans
- Assist in investigating client escalations and resolving quality issues
- Conduct coaching and process certification for new hires
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years quality assurance experience in pharmaceutical or related field
- Willingness to work night shift
- Available to work at McKinley Taguig location
