- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Assist in organizing and maintaining financial records and accounting documents.
- Help prepare and record basic accounting entries under the supervision of the accounting staff.
- Support the team in reviewing invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Assist in data entry and updating financial information in spreadsheets or accounting systems.
- Help reconcile basic financial records and ensure documentation is complete.
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries for internal use.
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting department when needed.
