POSITION SUMMARY:

Talent Map Global BPO, Inc. is seeking a structured, detail-oriented Corporate Automation Analyst based in the Philippines to support the successful delivery of business process automation initiatives for our U.S.-based enterprise clients. In this role, you will serve as the essential bridge between U.S. business stakeholders and technical development teams (RPA developers, software engineers, and IT leads). You will lead process discovery sessions, translate complex business needs into clear technical documentation, manage project backlogs in Azure DevOps or Jira, and validate that delivered automation solutions align with operational expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Process Discovery & Requirements Gathering (30%)

• Discovery Sessions: Lead business process discovery workshops with overseas stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and operational workflow improvements.

• Requirements Elicitation: Gather, evaluate, and define functional and non-functional requirements, detailed business rules, and exception-handling scenarios.

• Feasibility Assessment: Collaborate with technical leads to assess process readiness, data structuredness, and ROI potential for automation (RPA, workflow automation, or system integration).

2. Workflow Mapping & Documentation (25%)

• Process Mapping: Create precise Current-State (As-Is) and Future-State (To-Be) process maps and swim lane diagrams using tools like Lucidchart, MS Visio, or Signavio.

• Delivery Artifacts: Draft and maintain standardized delivery documentation, including Process Definition Documents (PDDs), Solution Design summaries, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Governance & Standardization: Enforce documentation quality standards, template consistency, and governance protocols across the entire automation lifecycle.

3. Backlog Management & Project Coordination (25%)

• Agile Tool Administration: Maintain and structure work items in Azure DevOps or Jira (creating user stories, mapping dependencies, writing detailed acceptance criteria, and updating delivery statuses).

• Intake & Prioritization: Support intake coordination, backlog refinement, and sprint prioritization readiness across multiple parallel workstreams.

• Tracking & Visibility: Track project progress, operational risks, blocker dependencies, and action items to provide real-time status visibility to leadership and stakeholders.

4. Solution Validation & Stakeholder Communication (20%)

• Communication Bridge: Facilitate clear, continuous alignment between U.S. business users, software developers, system administrators, and executive leadership.

• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Assist in defining UAT test cases and validating that delivered automation solutions meet business requirements and performance benchmarks.

• Change Management: Support post-implementation support, user training materials, and operational handoffs to ensure seamless solution adoption.

5. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned that may not be specifically stated above.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• 2–4+ years of experience in business process analysis, automation business analysis, workflow documentation, or project coordination.

• Experience supporting BPO, Shared Services, U.S./international, software, or automation projects is preferred.

2. Systems and Technical Skills:

• Advanced experience with Azure DevOps or Jira, including user stories, acceptance criteria, Agile backlogs, and delivery tracking.

• Proficiency with process-mapping tools such as MS Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar platforms.

• Strong knowledge of As-Is/To-Be process mapping, PDDs, workflow documentation, requirements gathering, and UAT.

• Familiarity with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms is an advantage.

3. Core Competencies:

4. Work Requirements:

• Full-time position supporting U.S.-based enterprise clients and technical teams.

• Willingness to work U.S.-aligned business hours / Philippine night shift (EST/PST) as required.

• Ability to facilitate process-discovery sessions, requirements discussions, and UAT activities with U.S. stakeholders.

• Ability to maintain accurate project documentation, Agile backlogs, status reports, risks, dependencies, and action items.

• Must comply with established documentation, project governance, confidentiality, and client requirements.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

1. Base Salary - Competitive gross basic monthly salary, commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, certifications, and specialized technical expertise

1. Night Shift Differential - Provided in accordance with applicable Philippine labor requirements and company policy.

1. Statutory Benefits - SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, 13th-month pay, and applicable holiday pay in accordance with Philippine law.
