DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Receive and process customer firm and forecast orders
2.Update Sales Order based on received order from customer
3.Prepare Shipment Declaration to be issued with related PC sections
4.Upload firm order in the Sales Management System (SMS)
5.Upload the order received in the Atlantis System
6.Inquire reason of order fluctuation to customer (+30%)
7.Update/make Sales history
8.Prepare customer order calendar
9.Prepare customer Purchase Kanban (printing, sorting and checking)
10.Prepare Delivery Adjustment Request (if needed)
11.Prepare Document Confirmation Slip (if needed)
12.Process of received Balance Out Notice from customers
13.Responsible to update daily activities monitoring
14.Participates and supports in all corporate quality, productivity, continuous improvement (Kaizen), 5S, occupational safety and health, environmental activities
15Performs other related tasks which may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
o Education & Years of related experience:
> Preferably graduate of Custom Administration
o Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
> Knowledgeable on SMS and Atlantis systems.
> Ability to analyze numerical and graphical data
> Ability to understand instruction for simple work or routinary task
> Ability to propose effective improvement/s for simple work or routinary task
> Ability to handle abnormalities for simple work or routinary task
> Knowledgeable on IMPEX process.
