QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledgable in Quickbooks system is a plus
- Can work under pressure and minimal supervision
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Maintains files including the filing of journal vouchers, documentation, and other miscellaneous filings;
- Maintain regular contacts with other departments to obtain and convey information and to correct transactions;
- Ensures that payables are submitted on time so that expenses are properly charged to incurring month;
- Verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records, and provide other clerical support necessary to pay company’s obligations;
- Coordinate with the company's external accountant regarding all BIR Report for Monthly, Quarterly and Annual, to track payments and returns.
- Inventory or Company's tools and equipment
- Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the direct supervisor.
