ROLE SUMMARY

The Technical Support Representative will assist customers with technical concerns related to software, hardware, internet connectivity, and service issues. You will provide step-by-step troubleshooting, resolve technical problems, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Handle customer inquiries via phone or chat Provide technical troubleshooting for software, hardware, and connectivity issues Guide customers through step-by-step solutions in a clear and simple manner Resolve service-related and technical concerns efficiently Document all issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in the system Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary Maintain high-quality customer service in every interaction Meet quality, productivity, and resolution time target

QUALIFICATIONS

High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage) Good English communication skills (verbal and written) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Basic computer knowledge and ability to troubleshoot simple issues Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
