Director of Marketing - Office Based setup

We are looking for a highly strategic, creative, and data-driven Director of Marketing to lead and scale our brand presence across all digital and growth channels. This role is responsible for owning the entire marketing engine — from paid social and organic content to influencer partnerships, affiliate programs, PR, and SEO. The ideal candidate is hands-on, performance-focused, and experienced in building marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth. You will have full ownership of the marketing budget and autonomy to execute initiatives that increase brand awareness, engagement, and revenue. Key Responsibilities Paid Social Advertising Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads Develop targeting strategies, oversee creative testing, and allocate budgets effectively Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS and growth KPIs Content Creation & Creative Direction Write, edit, and approve scripts, captions, and creative briefs for video and photo content Collaborate with internal teams and external creators to produce authentic, high-performing marketing content Ensure all brand messaging aligns with company voice and goals Creator & Influencer Partnerships Identify, vet, and build long-term relationships with creators and influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms Manage partnerships through platforms such as Billo and Fiverr, as well as direct outreach Oversee contracts, deliverables, timelines, and campaign performance Organic Social Media Management Lead day-to-day management of all social media channels Create posting schedules, manage community engagement, and grow audience reach organically Affiliate & Ambassador Program Develop and manage a structured affiliate and ambassador program Build partnerships with hunters, skiers, outdoor workers, and lifestyle creators aligned with the brand PR & Media Relations Build and maintain relationships with outdoor, sporting, and lifestyle media outlets Coordinate product placements and secure earned media coverage Lead PR outreach and brand visibility initiatives Marketing Budget & Performance Tracking Own and manage the overall marketing budget Allocate spend strategically across channels and campaigns Track, analyze, and report marketing ROI and performance metrics regularly SEO Strategy Develop and execute SEO and content strategies to drive organic traffic growth Manage blog contractors and oversee editorial content aligned with SEO goals Qualifications Proven experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing leadership roles Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager Experience handling marketing budgets with ROAS accountability Excellent copywriting, content scripting, and creative direction skills Experience managing contractors, agencies, and external marketing partners Familiarity with video editing tools such as Opus Clips Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Experience in influencer marketing and affiliate program management Knowledge of SEO strategies and content marketing Experience in outdoor, lifestyle, sporting, or e-commerce brands is a plus Why apply with us?
