Accounting Assistant (Project Based)

Key Responsibilities
- Organize, sort, and file historical accounting documents.
- Retrieve accounting documents from archives and storage.
- Prepare and reconcile Statements of Account.
- Assist in reconciling customer account balances.
- Pull out and compile supporting accounting documents as requested.
- Scan and digitize accounting records.
- Maintain proper document filing and indexing.
- Assist in clearing outstanding reconciliation items.
- Support accounting projects and special assignments.
- Perform other administrative accounting duties assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or any related business course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in accounting documentation or bookkeeping is an advantage.
- Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Able to work under deadlines.
- Willing to be hired on a project-based or fixed-term employment arrangement.
Benefits:
- Salary range is Php 16, 000.00 to Php 19,000.00 a month
- Complete Government Benefits
- 13-month pay (Pro-rated)
Work schedule: Monday to Friday
Contract type : 3 months
