E-Commerce Officer

Pet Warehouse is a Philippine distributor and retailer of some of the world's best pet brands.
As the E-commerce Associate, you will assist the Digital Operations Team and oversee the full lifecycle of our digital commerce operations, including our direct-to-consumer (DTC) website and major marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and Tiktok. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and uses data to turn insights into results.
- You will be responsible for optimizing customer experience, growing traffic, improving conversion, and increasing sales across all digital platforms.
- Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role requires a precise thinker that is data-driven with a passion for storytelling, strategy, and execution.

- Graduate of IT Courses or any related course from any reputable schools.
- At least 1-3 years experience in the same capacity.

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies, SEO, and web usability best
- Practices are beneficial.
