Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce / Marketing Staff to support the company's online sales and marketing activities. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates who are willing to learn and develop their skills in e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and updating e-commerce platforms and online stores.
- Upload and maintain product listings, descriptions, prices, photos, and promotional materials.
- Assist in processing and monitoring online orders, inquiries, and customer concerns.
- Respond to customer messages and provide product information.
- Support online promotions, campaigns, and marketing activities.
- Assist in creating and posting content for social media and other digital platforms.
- Monitor product performance, sales, customer feedback, and online engagement.
- Assist in preparing sales and marketing reports.
- Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and other departments regarding online orders and promotions.
- Perform other marketing and e-commerce-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Educational Requirement: Senior High School graduate or Bachelor's/College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and e-commerce is an advantage.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-oriented and able to respond professionally to inquiries.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Willing to learn digital marketing and e-commerce tools.
