We are looking for a Technical Ads Support Specialist to join our growing e-commerce social media support team. The role focuses on assisting advertisers and business owners with their online advertising campaigns — ensuring smooth ad operations, resolving technical issues, and providing excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and operational support to advertisers using social media and e-commerce advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).
- Troubleshoot issues related to ad delivery, billing, targeting, and policy compliance .
- Guide clients through campaign setup, optimization, and best practices for better ad performance.
- Analyze campaign data and provide insights or recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal support and escalation teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction through written and verbal communications.
- Stay updated on the latest advertising tools, features, and policies in the digital marketing industry.
