E-Commerce Associate Responsibilities & Duties - Manage product listings and ensure accurate information across all platforms
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback
- Assist in developing and executing online promotions and marketing campaigns
- Analyze sales data and generate performance reports
- Coordinate with the inventory team to manage stock levels
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing and shipping
- Conduct regular website audits to identify and fix issues
- Assist in managing social media accounts and digital marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with the IT department to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and traffic
- Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies
