Regional Field Sales Agent - Baguio City, Naga City, and Pampanga

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Agent (Acquisition) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, promoting the company's products and services, and achieving assigned sales targets through field activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new customers within the assigned territory.
- Promote and explain the company's products and services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet or exceed assigned acquisition and sales targets.
- Conduct field visits and market saturation activities.
- Assist customers with the application and onboarding process.
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate, Vocational Graduate, or College Undergraduate .
- Minimum of 1–2 years of sales or customer acquisition experience .
- Previously worked at Greenhills, San Juan is advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and willing to conduct fieldwork.
