Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in any course.
- Open for undergraduates
- With at least 1 year experience in sales.
- With experience working in Real estate is a big advantage.
- Amenable to start as soon as possible
- Can attend face to face interview.
Job Responsibilities:
- Represent their clients' interests in negotiations, aiming to secure the best possible terms for property transactions.
- Market properties through various channels, including online listings, open houses, and advertising
- Showcase properties to prospective buyers, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships, providing ongoing support and advice throughout the process.
- Handle a range of administrative duties, including creating marketing materials, managing listings, and coordinating paperwork for property transactions.
