Regional Director
Aurevia Business Solutions Co.
Lead, Build, Grow our sales and franchise network across Visayas and Mindanao. You will drive regional expansion, represent Aurevia and our franchise brands, recruit commission based sales talent, and execute strategies to achieve sustainable growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
*Regional Expansion and Sales growth
Develop and execute sales plans to expand market presence and network across Visayas and Mindanao.
Promote and sell franchise packages and products of Aurevia and its partner brands.
Build strong relationship with prospective franchisees, business owners, and local partners.
Achieve regional sales targets , revenue goals, and growth quotas.
*Talent Recruitment and Leadership
Source, Hire, and onboard commission based sales executives across provinces in the region.
Train, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team, ensure high performance and compliance.
Manage territory coverage and assign targets.
COMPENSATION
*This is a pure commission based Job
25% commission if sales is made personally (Commission from the net profit)
8% override commission if sales are made from the sales executives.
Performance incentives, bonuses.
