Compliance Officer

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation, filing, and submission of BIR forms, tax returns, and other regulatory requirements.
- Oversee compliance with Philippine tax laws, VAT, EWT, percentage tax, and related obligations.
- Lead finance audit compliance, including addressing findings and implementing CAPA resolutions.
- Develop and enforce tax compliance policies, internal controls, and documentation standards.
- Coordinate with BIR, LGUs, and other agencies for audits, inquiries, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide tax compliance guidance, updates, and training to management and staff.
- Graduate of Accountancy, Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of solid experience in BIR and tax compliance
- Strong background in audit resolution and CAPA implementation
- Excellent knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and compliance procedures
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
