Job Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Automotive or any related program.
- Relevant experience and/or technical knowledge in automotive products, repairs, and parts.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Responsibilities
- Prepare, document, and maintain complete records of all service repair activities, including repair orders, estimates, and service/warranty quotations.
- Send repair estimates and service/parts quotations to customers and consistently follow up for approval.
- Coordinate with the Parts Division, JC-Admin, and Job Controller to ensure complete documentation, parts availability, and proper dispatch of technicians.
- Assist and relieve the Service Supervisor/Advisors when needed and perform other duties assigned by management to support departmental goals.
