Project Coordinator

Project Cre8 Corporation is looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Project Coordinator to join our team! If you are a master of workflows, a budgeting pro, and someone who thrives in the dynamic world of events and operations, this is for you.

We need a leader who can bridge the gap between high-level strategy and "boots-on-the-ground" execution.

THE ROLE

You will oversee internal projects and company events from concept to completion. This is a full-time role that requires balancing office-based planning with on-site management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define project roadmaps and justify work plans to senior management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations from the initial brief through to project closeout.
• Identify upselling opportunities and represent the company in face-to-face and virtual meetings.
• Develop detailed project plans, WBS, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Lead ocular inspections and site visits to assess technical and logistical requirements.
• Coordinate seamlessly with design, production, and logistics teams.
• Manage project P&L, ensuring expenses stay within budget and profit margins are met.
• Negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors and oversee procurement.
• Handle invoicing, change orders, and ensure all receipts are BIR-registered and valid for tax purposes.
• Oversee fabrication, installation ( ingress ), and dismantling ( egress ).
• Conduct milestone inspections (60% and pre-shipping) to ensure design compliance.
• Strictly enforce Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and local fire safety regulations.
• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal workflows.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to streamline company initiatives.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2 to 3 years of Project Coordination experience (Advertising, Events, or Marketing industry preferred).
• Strong background in building systems/frameworks from scratch and managing cross-functional teams.
• Full-time Hybrid Role, Requires flexibility for field assignments such as site inspections and in-person meetings. Preference will be given to Manila-based applicants to ensure ease of travel for oculars and client engagements.
• Comfortable with shifting priorities, independent work, and turning unstructured info into organized action plans.
• Familiarity with government permits, contract negotiation, and financial reporting.
