Chief Compliance Officer

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with BSP, SEC, AMLC, NPC & MORNBFI regulations
• Develop and implement company compliance programs, policies & procedures
• Handle regulatory examinations, findings & compliance requirements
• Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments
• Monitor compliance metrics and reporting systems
• Review marketing materials and product developments for regulatory compliance
• Maintain updated compliance documentation and resources for employees
Ideal Candidate:
• Strong knowledge of non-bank financial institution regulations, AMLA & Data Privacy laws
• Excellent analytical, organizational & leadership skills
• Experience in compliance management and regulatory coordination
• Detail-oriented with strong communication abilities
