SALARY: PHP30,000 - PHP35,000 (NEGOTIABLE)
WORK SET-UP: ON-SITE
WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY-FRIDAY (9AM-6PM)
WORK LOCATION: MAKATI CITY, MANILA
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Compliance Officer to ensure that the company complies with applicable laws, regulations, government requirements, and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with government regulations, permits, licenses, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare, process, and maintain regulatory filings and compliance documents.
- Coordinate with government agencies and external parties regarding compliance matters.
- Maintain accurate and organized compliance records and documentation.
- Conduct compliance reviews and identify potential risks or areas of non-compliance.
- Assist in developing and improving internal compliance policies and procedures.
- Prepare compliance reports and provide recommendations to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Legal Management, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in compliance, corporate administration, or regulatory affairs.
- Knowledge of Philippine government regulations and business compliance requirements.
- Experience dealing with government agencies such as SEC, DTI, BIR, and LGU is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
