Responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Accounting Department, ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable financial reporting and settlement processes. Oversees the preparation and monitoring of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting reports, including trial balances, financial statements, ledgers, bank reconciliations, compliance reports, billing statements, and settlement reports. Ensures compliance with accounting standards, government regulations, and internal policies while maintaining effective accounting systems and controls. Monitors and analyzes accounting data to support planning, decision-making, and operational efficiency. Leads, develops, and maintains a competent accounting team to achieve organizational objectives and deliver efficient financial services to subscribers and stakeholders.
