- Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Implement inventory management strategies to minimize waste and optimize cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop and enhance menu offerings.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 2–5 years in a kitchen management role.
- Skills and Competencies: Exceptional skills in Quality Control, Operations Management, and Inventory Management.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong Work Ethic, Team Player, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to document operations and effectively communicate with team members.
