- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.
- Foster a high-performance culture that promotes accountability, teamwork, and professional excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course (required).
- Preferably with a background in sales, business development, or related field.
- Strong passion for making a positive impact in people’s lives through financial solutions.
