Recruitment Marketing Specialist

The Recruitment Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating engaging content that attracts potential candidates and strengthens the company's employer brand. The role combines copywriting, social media management, content creation, and recruitment marketing to support hiring campaigns, promote job opportunities, and increase brand awareness, particularly within the healthcare and clinical industry. Responsibilities: Content Creation and Copywriting

• Write engaging and persuasive content for job advertisements, recruitment campaigns, social media posts, landing pages, employer branding materials, and promotional content.
• Transform job requirements and employer value propositions into clear and relatable messages that appeal to target candidates.
• Adjust content based on the platform being used, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, and other social media channels.
• Create content for various formats, including interview scripts, video captions, press releases, and employer stories.

Social Media and Campaign Support

• Support the planning and execution of recruitment marketing and employer branding campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Develop content that aligns with current social media trends, audience behavior, and platform best practices.
• Work closely with recruiters and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging across all campaigns.
• Contribute to content calendars and support the timely rollout of campaigns.

Creative Production and Content Editing

• Create and edit basic visual and video content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar applications.
• Adapt existing templates while maintaining high-quality and engaging content.
• Ensure that content is optimized for each platform's specifications.
• Participate in company events, recruitment activities, and on-site content creation when needed.

Market Research and Trend Analysis

• Stay updated on social media trends, content formats, audience preferences, and talent market discussions.
• Monitor employer branding trends and competitor activities within the healthcare and clinical recruitment industry.
• Provide creative ideas and recommendations to improve campaign performance, engagement, and brand visibility.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience creating recruitment marketing or employer branding content.
• Excellent English writing skills, with the ability to adapt writing style and tone to different audiences and platforms.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Reddit, and similar communities.
• Experience supporting organic and paid social media campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, graphic design, or video editing tools.
• Familiarity with analytics, campaign performance metrics, and content optimization.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Excellent collaboration skills and openness to feedback.
