Description - Manage daily operations of the branch to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Lead and develop branch staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Analyze branch performance metrics and report to upper management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience Level: 2–5 years of experience in retail banking or branch operations.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven ability to meet sales targets.
