About the role
Insta Post Advertising Agency OPC' is seeking a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager to join our thriving digital marketing team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and achieve our clients' marketing objectives. This position is based in our Marikana City, Metro Manila office.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok.
- Create and curate engaging, high-quality content that resonates with target audiences
- Manage and optimize social media campaigns to drive desired outcomes, such as increased followers, likes, shares, and click-throughs
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insightful reports and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure social media initiatives are aligned with overall brand and marketing strategies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates
- Responsible for managing social media platforms and handling direct client accounts, including communication and client support.
What we're looking for
- Must be experienced in social media management, with a proven track record of success
- Exceptional writing and content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand social media posts
- Proficient in using social media analytics tools and platforms to monitor and measure campaign performance
- Strong understanding of the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform algorithms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and develop unique social media strategies
- Familiarity with social media advertising, including Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads
