POSITION: STORE / RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
The Store Supervisor is responsible for planning, leading, and managing all day-to-day activities of the store. She/He orchestrates and engages the store team to achieve the highest level of customer service standards to deliver sustainable sales and profitable targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. People Management and Training
- Manages the development of the store team and ensures that all policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Plans out and manages employees’ activities and schedules in relation to the needs of the operations.
2. Sales and Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure that the Sales Target for the month is reached
- Prepare Sales Presentation for the store’s sales
3. Inventory Management
- Minimizes loss by ensuring all loss prevention procedures are followed
- Verifies accuracy of inventory of stocks
4. Store Management and Compliance
- Ensures that all store concerns are raised to respective departments
- Provides suggestions and ideas on ways to improve systems and processes
- Oversees and complies with all government statutory requirements
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, any business course or equivalent
- With at least 2- 3 years of proven experience in Supervisory in F&B or Retail Management, and Store Operations.
- Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment
- Good oral and written communication skills and can coordinate effectively.
- Team player
- Has a strong leadership and maturity to lead the team
