Locations:
- Alorica Sta. Mesa: Mezza Residences, Aurora Boulevard, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines (SM Sta.Mesa)
- Alorica Marikina: Robinsons Supermarket Bluewave Marikina (Landmark)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries
- Resolve concerns and provide effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Provide technical support when needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
Upon Hire:
- Retail account - Earn up to 19,500 package
Other Benefits:
