Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a supervisory role within a retail or market setting
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage a team and handle daily operational challenges
