The Store Supervisor of CW Home Depot oversees the assigned section of the store, such as customer service, releasing, selling, dispatching, and receiving. The store supervisor is also responsible for monitoring the daily activities of the said section, its manpower, and coordinating with other sections and concerned departments.
Moreover, the store supervisor will also oversee the after store hours renovation activities of the CW Home Depot—Balintawak branch after operating hours starting 3rd quarter of 2025
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or related programs
- At least one year of experience in retail or store operations
- At least one year of career in a supervisory or leadership capacity
- Strong people management skills
- Proficiency in using productivity tools and software applications
- Background in warehousing, inventory, and merchandising
- With above-average communication skills, both written and oral
- Willing to render night shift duty on a rotational basis
