Job Responsibilities:
Promoting and selling store products to customers
Providing assistance and product recommendations based on customer needs
Issuing receipts and handling returns or exchanges as needed
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of shelves, displays, and the store in general
Monitoring stock levels and recommending items for restocking or reordering
Recording daily sales and assisting with inventory reports
Coordinating with the Head Office for sales documentation and stock requests
Assisting with store opening, closing, and shift handovers
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate
Previous experience in sales or retail is an advantage but not required
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Willingness to learn and take on various store duties
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Trustworthy, punctual, and dependable
Willing to work in SM Department Store - Fairview.
