- Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions in the student's home.
- Develop and implement personalized lesson plans tailored to the student's individual learning style, pace, and academic goals.
- Assist students with homework, assignments, and exam preparation.
- Identify and address learning gaps and challenges.
- Motivate and encourage students to achieve their academic potential.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents/guardians.
- Attend professional development workshops and stay updated on current teaching methodologies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or a relevant field preferred.
- Proven experience as a home tutor or in a related educational setting.
- Strong academic background in relevant subjects.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Background check required.
