- Make crucial judgments about strategy, planning, and policy.
- Create, put into effect, and evaluate operational policies and practices.
- If necessary, aid HR with recruiting.
- Promote an organizational culture that values excellence in performance and strong morale.
- Control planning, reporting, auditing, and budgeting.
- cooperate with key stakeholders.
- Ensure that all legal and regulatory paperwork is filed, and keep an eye out for any violations.
- Plan for both short-term and long-term objectives while collaborating with the board of directors to identify values and mission.
- Determine the company's issues and prospects, then deal with them.
- Create collaborations and alliances with other businesses.
- Support management team contact with employees.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead teams through difficult circumstances and rapid growth
- Ability to identify areas needing improvement and relentlessly pursue process excellence
- Impeccable written and oral communications skill
- Demonstrated ability to present project updates on key initiatives
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of industry experience. Informal management/ team lead experience
- Experience with operational development preferred
- Experience working with clients of as vendor/BPO
- Startup / rapid growth experience
- Life sciences, pharmaceutical, or medical device experience
