LEAD PROCESS EXCELLENCE

About the Role

Are you a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt professional passionate about driving operational excellence, improving business processes, and delivering measurable results?

We are seeking a results-oriented Lead Process Excellence professional to identify process inefficiencies, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and implement sustainable operational solutions.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience leading Green Belt-level improvement projects, applying DMAIC methodologies, conducting root cause analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

- Execute Green Belt-level projects using DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), process mapping, and workflow analysis.

- Identify operational inefficiencies, analyse performance trends, and recommend actionable improvement strategies.

- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, and other process documentation.

- Collaborate with Operations, Reporting/MIS, and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

- Monitor improvement initiatives and establish control plans to ensure sustainable results.

- Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders.

- Facilitate process improvement workshops, team huddles, and operational reviews.

- Support training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to encourage process standardisation and continuous improvement.

- Manage multiple improvement projects while ensuring timely execution and delivery.

Mandatory Qualifications and Requirements

Interested candidates must meet the following requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

- Valid Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is mandatory.

- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in process improvement, operations, business analysis, or continuous improvement roles.

- Previous experience working in a BPO/CPO environment.

- Demonstrated hands-on experience leading Green Belt-level projects using DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), process mapping, and workflow analysis.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and process documentation tools.

- Practical experience developing SOPs, process maps, and training materials.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate findings to cross-functional stakeholders.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with Operations, Reporting/MIS, and other business partners.

- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple improvement initiatives simultaneously.

- Must be willing to work on a hybrid arrangement in Manila, with flexibility to accommodate shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

- Must be available to start immediately or within the shortest possible notice period.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following additional experience will have an advantage:

- Exposure to Lean, Kaizen, and other advanced continuous improvement methodologies.

- Experience supporting or working alongside Black Belts, Business Excellence Managers, or Transformation teams.

- Familiarity with data visualisation and reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

- Strong facilitation skills for workshops, operational huddles, and process reviews.

- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive the adoption of improved business processes.

- Experience developing control plans and standardised documentation to sustain process improvements.

- Strong business writing, process documentation, and training delivery capabilities.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Mandatory Certification

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Important: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, relevant BPO/CPO experience, and practical experience leading Green Belt-level improvement projects are essential requirements. Candidates who do not meet these criteria may not be considered.
