Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder
- At least 3 years of work experience in marketing and retail operations
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in home appliances industry
- Knowledgeable in market operations and management
- Amenable to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report daily sales performance by channel, RC, and store, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute weekly sales performance reports for Sales, RCs, Product Managers, and management.
- Issue monthly sales reports and evaluate promoter performance based on rolling 3-month results.
- Analyze and share weekly store inventory reports, providing insights and supporting purchase order (PO) preparation.
- Manage marketing expense budgets and reimbursements, including salaries, POP materials, exhibitions, and other marketing costs.
