A Retail Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring that products are properly displayed, well-stocked, and organized in retail stores to maximize product visibility and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and maintain product displays according to merchandising standards.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish shelves when needed.
- Implement FIFO and FEFO to ensure product freshness.
- Install promotional materials and ensure correct pricing.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of shelves.
- Submit reports and coordinate with store personnel regarding product availability.
Qualifications:
- At least Senior High School graduate.
- Experience in merchandising or retail is an advantage.
- Physically fit and willing to do field work.
- Responsible and detail-oriented.
