Retail Sales Associate

Description - Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products by providing excellent service and support.
- Manage inventory levels, including stocking shelves and maintaining product displays.
- Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance repeat business.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers, particularly in perfumes and related products.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Retail Management or related field
- Experience Level: 1–2 years in retail sales or customer service
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Strong sales techniques and product knowledge, especially in perfumes
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in inventory management and reporting
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
- Must be willing to assign in SM Dasma
