- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, prices, and promotions.
- Recommend and upsell products based on customer needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and displays.
- Handle cash register transactions, payments, and receipts accurately.
- Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs.
- Assist in inventory counts and merchandising activities.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
- High school graduate or equivalent (college level is a plus).
- With at least 6 months to 1 year experience in retail sales or customer service (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Flexible with work schedules, including weekends and holidays.
