Sales Account Manager

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.
- Present product offerings and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve sales targets and report on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- College graduate of any 4-year Business or Marketing-related course
- 10 years in Sales Department, 5 years of which are managerial
- Experience in business forms or food packaging industry preferred
- Sales strategy, sales targets, and sales team management skills
- Market research and business development skills
- Customer relationship management and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Position: Sales Manager
Salary: 45K-55K + Commission
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday
