Description - Plan and execute exhibitions and events from concept to completion.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and budgeting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Assist in marketing and promoting events to drive attendance.
- Evaluate event success and gather feedback for future improvements.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in event planning or management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in conference implementation and planning, with excellent communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
