Event Coordinator

We're looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. You’ll work closely with the events team, vendors, and clients to ensure every detail is handled smoothly—from pre-event logistics to on-site support. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering memorable experiences.
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in event management, with a track record of successful large-scale events
Bonus Skills:
- Sales & Negotiation: Experience in client acquisition and contract negotiation
- Marketing & PR: Understanding of marketing and public relations principles to promote events effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with event management software and technology tools.
- Who has experience in E-sports or game industry is a huge bonus!
