We’re Hiring: Marketing Assistant – Events & Exhibits
We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the planning and execution of company events and exhibits, including major trade shows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating event logistics and booth setup
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, organizers, and internal teams
- Support the team during on-site event execution
- Help prepare materials and documentation for events
Qualifications:
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Willing to do field work during events
- Experience in marketing, events, or basic content creation is a plus
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Can start ASAP
Location: 130-A 6th St., 7th Ave., East Grace Park, Caloocan City
