Role : Senior US Tax Analyst

Work Arrangement : Hybrid

Location : Philippines - Makati

Schedule : Night Shift

Job Description:

• Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Ensure accurate tax setup and process payroll adjustment entries.
• Resolve tax notices and support audit inquiries professionally.
• Research tax legislation changes and communicate compliance impacts.
• Analyze financial data to identify tax risks and savings.
• Maintain tax records and documentation for reporting accuracy.
• Prepare custom reports and manage cases using Zendesk. 

Qualification and requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of tax experience, including multi-state compliance.
• Experience with multi-state tax filings and international tax compliance.
• Proficiency in tax software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience with Zendesk, Prism, or Master Tax preferred.
