We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative – Chemicals, Construction & Project Sales to join our team and support the sales and marketing of specialty chemicals and construction admixtures.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales and Business Development

• Carry out sales and marketing activities for specialty chemicals and construction admixtures.

• Achieve assigned sales volume targets in accordance with established sales plans and business objectives.

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.

• Generate leads through prospecting, client visits, referrals, project monitoring, and networking.

• Promote company products and solutions to contractors, consultants, construction companies, and other potential customers.

• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients and projects to support continuous sales growth.

2. Field Sales and Client Relationship Management

• Conduct regular field visits to construction projects, contractor offices, consultants, and prospective clients.

• Establish and maintain productive, long-term relationships with existing and new customers.

• Follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, and ongoing business opportunities.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or solutions based on project needs.

• Monitor customer satisfaction and address client concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the relevant internal teams to facilitate appropriate resolution.

3. Project Sales and Documentation

• Monitor ongoing and upcoming construction projects to identify potential sales opportunities.

• Study project specifications, requirements, and timelines to determine suitable product offerings.

• Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and pre-qualification documents.

• Coordinate with the appropriate departments to ensure accurate and timely submission of project requirements.

• Follow up on submitted proposals and quotations to support successful sales conversion.

• Maintain organized records of client visits, sales activities, project updates, and customer interactions.

4. Marketing and Company Representation

• Promote the company's products, services, and solutions to the target market.

• Represent the company professionally during client meetings, project visits, and business discussions.

• Contribute to strengthening the company's reputation and market presence.

• Support sales and marketing initiatives designed to increase product awareness and generate new business.

• Keep updated on market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and developments in the construction industry.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Business Studies, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications and sales documentation.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

• Goal-oriented, proactive, and motivated to achieve sales targets.

• Good organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to conduct field visits to construction projects, contractors, consultants, and clients.

• Able to prepare proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documents.

• Candidates with relevant experience in field sales, technical sales, chemical sales, construction materials, or business development are encouraged to apply.

Salary and Benefits

• Negotiable salary based on qualifications, relevant experience, and overall suitability.

• Reimbursement of eligible expenses incurred during client and plant visits, subject to company policies.

• Monday-to-Friday work schedule.

• Leave credits after one year of service.

• HMO coverage after one year of service.
