Field Sales Executive – Solar | Base + Commission
No cold calling. We book the appointments, you close the deal.
Helios makes solar affordable for Filipino families through easy financing. Our Telesales team books qualified home visits for you. Your job is to show up, walk homeowners through going solar, and close.
What you’ll do
Visit homeowners at pre-booked appointments around Metro Manila or GMA/nearby provinces
Explain the solar setup and financing options in simple terms
Handle questions and objections, then close the deal
Hand signed deals to our Loan Officer, who takes care of the financing paperwork
Join barangay, mall and community events now and then
What you get
₱25,000–35,000 base + commission per closed deal
Transport or fuel allowance/reimbursement
Pre-qualified leads, so you spend your time closing, not prospecting
Training on solar and financing (no solar background needed)

You’ll do well here if you
Have 1+ year of field or direct sales: real estate, cars, appliances, insurance, banking or loans all count
Like being out in the field every day, not stuck at a desk
Have your own motorbike or car and a valid driver’s license
Can explain things clearly in Filipino and English
