Purchaser / Project Construction Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Purchaser / Project Construction Coordinator to support our construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee site coordination, purchasing activities, and petty cash management to ensure smooth project operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor petty cash , including:
- Processing and liquidation of expenses
- Payment of project-related bills
- Accurate recording and documentation of all transactions
- Coordinate with construction team members such as foreman and other assigned focal persons
- Supervise and manage laborers on-site
- Handle purchasing of materials and supplies as needed
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and proper documentation
- Assist in project coordination to maintain workflow and schedules
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role (Purchaser, Project Coordinator, or Construction Coordinator)
- With strong organizational and documentation skills
- Able to manage on-site personnel and communicate effectively with workers and supervisors
- Must own a car or motorcycle (required for site visits and purchasing tasks)
- Trustworthy and capable of handling cash transactions responsibly
- Can work with minimal supervision
