Collection Department Head

- Manage end-to-end collections from early to late stages, including litigation.
- Capable of leading the company-wide collection function.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance in collections.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies in all collection activities.
- Utilize collections software and systems to streamline operations and improve outcomes.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 5-10 years of experience in collections or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in collections software and systems.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
