Global Sourcing Coordinator

Base Salary: PHP 22,500 + Performance Incentives of Up to PHP 30,000 Monthly (Potential Total Earnings: Up to PHP 52,500 per month)

Success Matcher Recruitment, LLC. is looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and driven Global Recruitment Coordinator to support our growing international recruitment team. This role serves as the backbone of our recruitment operations by ensuring seamless coordination between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers while building strong talent pipelines across the US and UK markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source high-quality candidates across the US and UK markets using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and schedules between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers across multiple time zones.
• Ensure candidate resumes, interview notes, and supporting documents are submitted accurately and on time.
• Track recruitment activities and maintain accurate records within the ATS.
• Conduct administrative recruitment tasks to support the recruitment team.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
• Partner closely with recruiters to ensure recruitment timelines and service level agreements are consistently met.
• Continuously identify new sourcing strategies and recruitment tools to improve hiring efficiency.

Qualifications

Required

• Fresh graduates with distinction (Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, or Summa Cum Laude) from top universities are encouraged to apply.
• Applicants with professional experience must possess at least 3 years of extensive recruitment sourcing experience , preferably within an agency environment.
• Experience sourcing candidates for the US and/or UK markets .
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques .
• Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly resourceful, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile to deliver results.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new recruitment tools and systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred

• Previous experience supporting international recruitment teams.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Exposure to recruiting within technology, legal, healthcare, finance, engineering, or other professional industries.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Eastern Time (US EST)

Compensation

• Base Salary: PHP 22,500 per month
• Monthly Performance Incentives: Up to PHP 30,000
